In the case of renting our products, they may be delivered and assembled the next day, except for certain exceptions, such as the product being out of stock.
For purchased products, the delivery time frame varies between 3 (three) and 6 (six) business days. AmparoCare reserves the right to modify this time frame in exceptional cases.
Products purchased from AmparoCare will not be assembled by our team. We only handle the shipping, ensuring the product is transported to the specified destination. The AmparoCare team only assembles products rented from us.
At the end of the rental period, and after notifying AmparoCare, we will send a team to the location of the product to dismantle and transport it back to our warehouse. This service is already included in the price paid for transportation and assembly.
If the product is defective, it may be returned provided it complies with the legislation for the return of defective products. If you decide to return the product without any defect, it can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days, provided it is in perfect condition, complete, properly packaged in the original packaging, and shows no signs of actual use.
